1. Reservations and Payments
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
- A deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
- Full payment must be made before check-in, unless otherwise specified.
- Prices are subject to change, but confirmed bookings will not be affected.
2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellation by Guest: Cancellations made 30 days before check-in will receive a full refund. Cancellations after this period may incur a fee.
- Cancellation by Arayaal: In rare cases where we must cancel your booking, you will receive a full refund or an option to reschedule.
3. Check-In and Check-Out
- Check-in: 12:00 PM
- Check-out: 10:00 AM
- Early check-in or late check-out requests must be approved in advance and may be subject to additional charges.
4. Use of Property
- Guests are responsible for maintaining the property and its furnishings in good condition.
- Any damage caused by guests or their visitors may be charged to the guest.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the cottages.
5. Liability
- Arayaal is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during your stay.
- Guests must ensure their safety while participating in activities such as boating, fishing, or trekking. Arayaal will not be held liable for accidents or injuries incurred during such activities.
6. House Rules
- Respect the privacy and comfort of other guests.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Guests are requested to maintain the serene environment of the property by avoiding loud noises.
7. Activities and Facilities
- Activities such as fishing, trekking, and grilling are available subject to weather conditions and staff availability.
- The use of the restaurant and common dining area must follow specified hours.
- Arayaal reserves the right to modify or cancel activities at its discretion.
8. Privacy
By using our services, you agree to the collection and use of your personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
9. Amendments to Terms
Arayaal reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be posted on our website.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts in Kerala.
